made its debut earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show. So far the new supercar from Maranello has been spied testing only in Italy. Now the LaFerrari has finally started testing on the Nürburgring.
LaFerrari uses a 789bhp 6.3-litre V12 and a 161bhp electric motor at the rear for a combined power output of 950bhp, enabling it to hit 0-62mph in “less than” three seconds, while the top speed is “more than” 217mph.
As the testing continues the final performance numbers are expected to be revealed soon.
Recently Porsche 918 Spyder lapped the Nürburgring in 6:57, making it the qickest car with global road homologation to lap the 12.8 mile Nürburgring Nordschleife.
We’ll see soon can the LaFerrari beat it or nor. McLaren is also busy on the Nürburgring with their P1 supercar and aiming a time under seven minutes.
