Edwards leads Lotuses at Brands

Sean Edwards leads the pack at Paddock

Brands Hatch sees the annual end-of-season 6-hour endurance race for both the Elise Trophy and Lotus Cup UK, with the race being led quite comfortably at the 1-hour mark by Porsche Carrera Cup Germany and Porsche Supercup driver Sean Edwards. Considering the significant reduction in both power and weight over the 997 Cup that he’s used to driving, Sean was quickly showing his skills on this very damp and slippery Kent circuit, creating a significant lead.

Second is the John Danby Racing Motorsport Elise pedalled by the Rob and David Fenn brothers with Michael Lyons currently at the wheel.

Leading the Elise Trophy category is the Team EaSy car, run by ES Motorsport.
