Dubai’s supercar filled fleet of police cars

Dubai, the most popular city in the United Arab Emirates is well known for its extravagant 5 star hotels and buildings. Located on the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf this wealthy city has loads to do and see. If you are looking to sunbathe, party, shop and eat great food then Dubai is perfect for you. Because Dubai is so wealthy even the police forces splash the cash. In this blog, GoMotorFleet explains about Dubai’s impressive fleet of police cars…

Dubai’s criminals may not be so bothered about getting caught if you see the cars they may get to have a drive in but if the criminal really wants to get away, they will stand no chance. The Dubai police force fleet consists of seven different super cars and here they are…

Mercedes SLS AMG

A beautiful car which produces almost 600bhp from a 6.2 litre V8 engine, the Mercedes SLS AMG has a long bonnet and gullwing doors. The car goes from 0 to 62mph in three point seven seconds and costs £191,000. The car reaches almost 200mph and is a white colour with green strips down the side.

Ferrari FF

This car is contradictive as it is actually a rather practical super car which you don’t hear that often. The car has four seats which is perfect for carrying criminals to the police station. The car has a 651bhp V12 engine and costs around £250,000. The car reaches 208 mph and goes from zero to sixty two mph in 3.7 seconds.

Ford Shelby Mustang Roush Edition

Not as expensive as the other cars but still hits a high speed of 147 mph this Ford Mustang is nothing compared to the other cars (but still a fantastic car). The Ford is a high power car with a 5.0 litre V8 engine. It pushes out 575bhp and goes from zero to sixty two in four point five seconds which is faster than the Bentley.

Bentley Continental GT

The Bentley is a British car and is a high quality vehicle which has a sophisticated nature. Its top speed is 197mph and it goes from zero to sixty two mph in 4.3 seconds. The car is hand-made and is unique to every buyer’s wishes.  The Bentley Continental GT has a 6.0 litre W12 engine and is not as expensive as some of the other cars, costing £139,755.

Aston Martin One-77

The 77 in the title is because there are only 77 models created worldwide and they are created by a British maker. This car pays a close attention to detail and is completely hand-crafted.  The car boasts 750bhp out of a 7.3 V12 engine which gets the car up to 220mph. The car goes from 0-62 in 3.7 seconds and costs £1,150,000.

Lamborghini Aventador

The Aventador is stylish, sleek and striking and this car will turn heads where ever it is. The Aventador has a massive 690bhp which comes from its 6.5 litre V12 engine. The car can reach up to 217 mph and can boost from zero to sixty two mph in a powerfully superb 2.9 seconds which is the quickest of the whole fleet. This car costs an expensive £265,900 so it is a costly purchase!
