Citroen DS3 Cabrio Racing with 207bhp revealed

Citroen has unveiled the limited edition DS3 Cabrio Racing, that is directly inspired by the concept presented at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Compared to the hatchback, the DS3 Cabrio Racing is only 25kg heavier, boasting almost identical handling with the pleasure of open-top driving.

Except the soft top, the DS3 Cabrio Racing is almost identical to the hatchback, featuring matt-finish Moondust Grey bodywork, chrome-finish, twin exhaust pipes and genuine carbon finish deployed on numerous bodywork components like air diffuser, splitter in the front bumper, wraparound body sills and wing flares.

Interior boasts the same matt-finish as the exterior on various locations like upper dash and central console of the instrument panel. There are also carbon fibre effects and Crimson Red vertical strip on the door interiors.

Citroën Racing signature is found on the headrest of the front seats and a numbered plate is located on the base of the gearshift lever.

Power comes from a turbocharged 207bhp 1.6-litre petrol developed by Citroën Racing.
