Cigarette Racing 50' Vision GT Concept revealed, inspired by the Mercedes AMG Vision Gran Turismo Concept

The futuristic Mercedes AMG Vision Gran Turismo Concept made its debut last November at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

The concept was developed exclusively for Gran Turismo 6 on PlayStation 3 and is now available to drive in the virtual world. Even though Mercedes-AMG won’t build it, there is a custom builder in U.S. who will build five cars, based on the SLS AMG GT, with a price tag of 1.5M USD (£918k).

It turns out simultaneous to the development of the Vision Gran Turismo was the special development of the Cigarette Racing 50′ Vision GT Concept.

The one-of-a-kind Vision GT is a 50’ Cigarette Marauder with an Alubeam painted exterior, a matte black hull and twin 1650 horsepower Mercury Racing engines. It is the most powerful production twin engine performance boat ever developed and built by Cigarette Racing.

The interior is black with black alcantara accents, featuring carbon fibre dash panels, silver face gauges and tech goodies like Bluetooth, computerized controls, four HD displays and integration of Garmin and Cigarette navigation and audio.

Compared to the standard spec 50′ Cigarette Marauder, the engines pack extra 300 hp and the boat is also roughly 450kg lighter.

The 15metre boat has a top speed of more than 140mph and it will debut this weekend at the Miami International Boat Show.

The price of this one-of-a-kind boat is $1.5 million USD (£918k).
