Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse Rafale Special Edition Debuts in Brazil

Bugatti has unveiled a Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse Rafale Special Edition at the Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil.

The bespoke Grand Sport Vitesse “Rafale” features a two-tone exterior. Major parts of the upper area of the body are finished in the light “Gris Rafale”, while the roof area, air scoops, air brake and some parts of the back are in blue visible carbon fibre.

The same colour scheme continues inside, but vice-versa: with lake blue leather seats and a stitching in light grey.

The Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse combines the looks of the open-top Grand Sport and the power of a Super Sport.

The 1183bhp quad-turbocharged 8.0-litre W16 engine is connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, enabling the Vitesse to accelerate from 0-62 mph in 2.6 seconds, while the top speed is 255 mph (410 km/h).

The Grand Sport Vitesse Rafale SE costs €1.9 million (roughly £1.55 million) plus taxes.
