Tom Bradshaw continued to stamp his mark on the 2013 Porsche Club Championship at a sunny Donington Park today with two wins in his Hartech-prepared 986 Boxster. Tom only needed one point to pass table-leader Mark Sumpter who had been slightly more consistent in the earlier rounds.
With just 1.6 seconds separating the top 8 cars in qualifying, it looked like we were in for some close racing but after a brief tussle with Adrian Slater in his 964, Tom pulled away to finish with a massive 5.6 second lead in the first race. Pete Morris with third in a 996.
John McCullagh brought his 968 Sport home to take the win in Class 2 over Ben Eacock, Graham Knight third.
Experience 964 racer Mark Sumpter grabbed a second place in Class 1 for Race 2 with Craig Wilkins 996 in third. Mark Koberle took second in Class 2 behind McCullagh with Brian Robinson third in a 944.
