Brabus 800 Roadster Based on Mercedes SL65 AMG Revealed

Brabus 800 Roadster is based on the Mercedes SL65 AMG and as the name already suggests it packs 800 horsepower (788bhp) from a 12-cylinder 6.0-litre BiTurbo engine with peak torque of 1,420Nm.

0-62 mph comes in 3.7 seconds, 0-124mph in 9.8 seconds and the top speed is electronically limited to 217 mph.

Brabus also developed a special carbon fibre aero kit that reduces lift, added a new limited-slip rear differential and a special control module for the ABC suspension of the SL65 AMG, which lowers the ride height by about 25 millimeters.

There are also exclusive 20-inch Monoblock R “Platinum Edition” forged wheels wrapped with size 255/30 ZR 20 tyres at the front and 305/25 ZR 20 at the rear.

As always with high-end Brabus products the interior can be customized with special trims and surface finishes.
