BMW X4 spied with less camouflage, shows more of its front

Here we have outs latest spy shots of the new BMW X4, revealing more of its front.

Compared to our previous spy shots from the Nürburgring, the prototype has less camouflage on the front, revealing more of the bumper and grille.

The production X4 looks very similar to the Concept X4, which debuted last year at the Auto Shanghai.

As you can see even the extra side line above the rear wheel vase is similar to the concept’s.

The X4 is already referred as baby X6, with a similar design, but in a more compact approach.

Engine line-up is expected to carry over from the X3, it is based on:
A TwinPower Turbo 2.0-litre four-cylinder with 240bhp and 352 Nm of torque
A TwinPower Turbo 3.0-litre inline-six with 300bhp and 406 Nm of torque
A 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel with 184bhp and 380 of torque

The X4 will be built in South Carolina, US and the production model is expected to debut in the very near future.
