BMW M4 Caught Testing at the Nürburgring

BMW M4 (F82) prototype has been caught again. This time testing on the Nürburgring race track. Still heavily disguised we can see that the suspension is a bit lower than on the regular 4 Series Coupe.

Also notable are wider wheelcases, bigger brakes, bigger wheels and the typical M style exhaust pipes.

New M3 and M4 will be both powered by an inline six cylinder turbo engine that produces around 450bhp. It will be lighter, faster, more powerful, more efficient than the current M3.

The M4 is basically a new M3 Coupe, as the next 3 Series will only span a saloon and estate variants. Coupe and Cabriolet will be re-badged as 4 Series.

The M4 is expected to debut in 2014.
