BMW and Samsung unveil a Galaxy Gear smart watch that is connected to your i3 [video]

Very recently Mercedes-Benz teamed up with Pebble Technology for smart watch tech.

BMW is not staying behind and has also announced a smart watch their own, in this case it is the Samsung Galaxy Gear that works with the new i3.
The Samsung Galaxy Gear with BMW i Remote App functions keeps drivers connected with their BMW i3 at all times and also provides them with the assistance they need outside the car.

The app shows information such as battery charge, available range, whether the windows, doors and sunroof are closed and allows users to send a navigation destination to the vehicle or adjust the on-board climate in preparation for a journey.
