BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe Caught on the Nürburgring

BMW is busy testing their future models at the extreme Nürburgring Nordschleife. This time we have the newest spy shots of the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe.

Even though the prototype is disguised similarly to the 3 Series GT, you can see that it has a different bonnet height, front bumper has a shorter overhang, roofline is much sleeker and lower and the windshield is more raked, while the rear roofline ends earlier than on the 3GT.

The 4 Series Gran Coupe (F36) will be the similarly positioned in the 3 Series/4 Series range as the recently launched 6 Series Gran Coupe is positioned in the 5 Series/6 Series range.

Engine range is expected to be very similar to the current 3 Series.
