Audi welcomes Porsche back to 24 Hours of Le Mans and it is AWESOME [video]

Porsche is returning to the top class of Le Mans this year and fans sure are excited.

Porsche has a very successful history of Le Mans, having won it a total of 16 times. They haven’t won since 1998 and Audi has only lost twice since 2000 having won the iconic race a total 12 times.

This year’s race to the top position of the 24 Hours of Le Mans is going to very interesting with Porsche, Audi and Toyota top contenders for the overall win.

Audi has been dominant for nearly 15 years and has released a welcome back video to their sibling Porsche, driving the R18 TDI on public roads to Stuttgart and then smoking the rear tyres on the pavement to write down “Welcome Back”. Well done Audi!
