Audi S6 Prototype Spotted In A German Port

The new Audi A6 range is growing fast. We have already seen the Avant version testing and here we have the S6 prototype that was spotted on its way from a German port to Gothenburg, Sweden.

The S6  prototype is distinguished by sportier fascias, new side skirts, and a four-tailpipe exhaust system. The production model is also expected to feature a revised grille and faux aluminium mirror casings. Under the hood, power will likely be provided by a new turbocharged 4.0 litre V8 petrol engine which will also be used in the V8 powered Bentley Continental GT.

While nothing is official, this new V8 will reportedly use a single turbo in the Bentley, producing around 415bhp. The previous S6 had 429bhp, so we expect this new V8 engine in the new S6 to produce little more than that.
