Audi RS6-R Avant by ABT packs an impressive 730 horsepower

ABT is well known for their tuning programs for different Audi models. The RS6 in standard configuration already produces an impressive 553bhp from a 4.0-litre TFSI V8. Obviously there is room for more as different tuners have proven.

The new RS6-R by ABT produces 730 hp (720bhp) and 920Nm of torque, making its debut next week at the Geneva Motor Show.

“… the R stands for racy, not for rough or rude,” says CEO Hans-Jürgen Abt: “As with the normal Audi RS6, ours also provides the utmost comfort, sumptuousness and usefulness, limited to 25 cars worldwide.“

ABT did not release the 0-60mph time, but the 720bhp RS6-R can do 320 km/h (199mph).

In addition to highly modified engine, new stainless steel exhaust system, the RS6-R also comes with ABT height adjustable spring kit, 22-inch DR alloy wheels fitted with Dunlop high-performance tyres, a full body kit with selected parts made of exposed red carbon.

Interior changes include new leather upholstery, ABT RS6-R letterings and embroidery, Carbon-shift paddles and LED-shifting lights on the steering wheel.
