2015 Volkswagen Passat reveals more of its headlights

Last time we saw the next-generation Volkswagen Passat was in November, when we showed you both the saloon and variant testing in Spain.

Testing continues and another prototype with new details has been caught again in Southern Europe.

Compared to our previous spy shots we get to see new LED daylight running lights in his headlights, with LED band running alongside the lower outline of the headlights.

Riding on Volkswagen’s MQB platform, the new Passat will be lighter and it also looks longer and wider compared to the current model. As usually we can expect a new more fuel efficient engines.

Overall design is evolutionary and looks more curvaceous, showing us a prominent grille, large headlights, new mirrors, LED taillights and a sloping roofline.

Public debut is most likely in late 2014 or in early 2015.
