Earlier today we brought you latest spy shots of the new 5-door MINI Cooper.
Looks like MINI is busy expanding their model range as another new prototype was caught on a flatbed truck.
This new MINI is based on the new BMW front wheel drive architecture dubbed UKL, and is longer, higher and bigger than the 5-door Cooper, with separated rear boot doors, which will open to the sides. It is the first MINI with 6 doors!
According to the photographer the prototype was roughly the size of a BMW 3 Series Touring.
Rumour is that this new model will likely carry either Traveller or Spacebox name when it is unveiled sometimes next year.
Engine range will carry over from new Cooper, which will be unveiled next week.
UPDATE! This is most likely next-generation Clubman, which will will be longer and wider than the current mode with 2+3 style seating and two new forward hinged rear doors.
