2015 MINI Cooper 5-door drops more camouflage

We have seen the upcoming MINI Cooper 5-door (F55) testing in Munich Germany and also in the extreme cold near the Arctic Circle.

Testing continues in Germany and the prototypes have lost more camouflage at the front, revealing more details.

The prototype pictured here is the S model as you can see from the twin centre exhaust and the S badge on the front grille.

We also get to see more of the short rear doors that are caught open for the first time. Other noticeable things include a new side window and a tailgate-mounted spoiler.

Engine options are expected to carryover from the 3-door hatch and include:
-134bhp 1.5-litre 3-cylinder petrol
-114bhp 1.5-litre 3-cylinder diesel
-189bhp 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol in the S model

This all-new MINI model is expected to debut in the second half of 2014.
