2015 MG CS Crossover /Compact SUV spied for the first time

MG showed their CS Urban SUV concept two years ago at the Shanghai Auto Show.

Then in December first official design sketches leaked to the web and here we have the first spy shots of the new MG CS cold weather testing in Northern Sweden.

The prototype is very similar to the concept, showing angled front air intakes, sweptback headlights, sculpted bonnet, roof rack, tailgate-mounted spoiler and dual exhaust tips.

The CS will be the first SUV in MG’s near 90 year history and is also expected to be the first MG to be launched simultaneously in both China and Europe.

Under the bonnet is most likely a 2.0-litre petrol engine delivering around 150bhp.
