2015 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT (c190) returns in new spy shots

These are our latest spy shots of the new Mercedes-Benz AMG model codenamed c190, which will be called most likely AMG GT.

This new Porsche 911 fighter is smaller and lighter than the SLS AMG. The c190 uses a new aluminium spaceframe and does not have the complex gullwing doors like the SLS AMG.

Power is expected to come from either a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 or a twin-turbo 5.5-litre V8 with the engine output at around 500 horsepower.

World debut is most likely in late 2014 with the convertible to follow soon after. A range topping Black Series model is also rumoured.
