Lamborghini Aventador has been on the market for close to four years now and last year we saw a potential prototype for the hot SV (SuperVeloce) model testing on the Nürburgring.
The outgoing Murcielago SV saw a limited production run with just 186 units built, featuring a more aggressive body, less weight and 30 extra horsepower.
According to Team Salamone (known mainly for Gumball and goldRush rallies) they have already ordered the first Aventador SV and if they are not trolling then the new model will be introduced “in months from now” with production to begin soon after.
The Aventador SV will follow with the same formula as Murciélago LP670-4 SuperVeloce, featuring a more aggressive body kit, updated more minimalist interior and different weight saving measures, along with more power.
The standard Aventador 700-4 packs already an impressive 700 horsepower from a 6.5-litre V12, and the SV model could have it dialed to around 750-800 horsepower.
Possible public debut is in early October at the Paris Motor Show.
