2015 Honda NSX Supercar pre-order books open with a deposit of £5,000

Honda will start the production of new NSX in 2015 and so far all we know about its performance is that it will be powered by a mid-mounted, direct-injected V6 engine mated to Honda’s Sport Hybrid SH-AWD system, featuring a unique 2 Electric Motor Drive Unit.

According to Honda the new NSX has already received unprecedented demand, so much so that Honda has opened a pre-order bank for the all-new NSX in UK. A deposit of £5,000 will secure potential owners a chance to be one of the first in the UK to get behind the wheel of the brand new NSX when it hits showrooms in 2015.

Phil Crossman, Managing Director, Honda (UK), commented; “We are really pleased with the interest we’ve already seen for the new NSX. We are still two years away from the launch of the car and yet we’ve received over 20 deposits and that’s before we’ve even announced prices or seen the final production car. With this process in place we are confident demand will remain strong and early hand raisers can now visit any Honda dealership in the UK and place a deposit.”

The latest version of the NSX concept with the Acura badge made its debut in January at the Detroit Auto Show and production version is expected to debut in early 2014.
