2015 Green Car of the Year finalists announced

There are countless of different car of the year awards. We clearly don’t cover all and concentrate on the ones that matter or are just somewhat different.

Green Car of The Year is something that has become more important over the years and here are the five finalists for the Green Car Journal 2015 Green Car of the Year program.

The 2015 finalists include the Audi A3 TDI, BMW i3, Chevrolet Impala Bi-Fuel, Honda Fit(to us it is Jazz), and VW Golf.

The winner will be announced at LA Auto Show Press & Trade Days on November 20.

There is little of everything from diesels to all-electric cars. Surprisingly there is no hybrid on the list and our overall impression is that the finalists are quite boring and regarding the engines most these cars offer nothing revolutionary or breaking.
