2015 BMW X1 spied

Here we have our first spy shots of the next generation BMW X1 codenamed F48.

The current generation BMW X1 was launched back in 2009 and it received a facelift in 2012 so the all-new model should arrive in a couple of years.

The next-generation X1 rides on a new FWD architecture, which will also underpin the upcoming 1 Series GT.

The new X1 prototype is heavily disguised with temporary lights, but we can see the overall shape very well with its sloping roof line, the window line and the rear spoiler.

The new BMW X1 is expected to have more space inside and will be available as a front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive model.
