Earlier this month we brought you first pictures of the next generation BMW X1 (F48).
The next-generation X1 rides on a new FWD architecture, which will also underpin the upcoming 1 Series GT. The video below is a clear proof the X1 is in fact FWD as you can see the front wheels spinning on the slippery road. The all-wheel drive will be optional.
Wearing heavy camouflage and temporary lights it is too early to go into little details, but we do get a good look at the sloping roof line, window line and a rear spoiler.
New X1 is expected to debut in late 2014 or in early 2015.
