2015 Audi A4 spied for the first time

These are out very first spy shots of the next-generation Audi A4 (B9, which was caught on a transportation truck.

The heavy clothe camouflage reveals very little, but we can see that the rear looks longer and the front lower. There are also new side mirrors and the line above the door handles has been moved closer to the side window line.

New model is expected to be edgier and more angular, featuring full LEDs, head-up display and semi autonomous-driving functions.

Riding on the new MLB (Modular Longitudinal) architecture, the new model will be lighter, while continuing to be offered in both front- or all-wheel drive configurations.

Powertrains will include a wide range of diesel and petrol units, as well as plug-in hybrid. Top of the range RS4 will continue to use a twin-turbo V8.

The saloon will arrive first with the more practical Avant to follow soon after.
