2014 Volvo V60 Polestar spied on the Nürburgring

Volvo unveiled the production version of the S60 Polestar earlier this year with a limited production run exclusively for the Australian market as a pilot project.

Volvo and Polestar are back with a new V60 Polestar which was caught testing on the Nürburgring.

The V60 Polestar prototype shows the familiar baby blue paint, a new body kit with a more aggressive front, new side skirts, bigger wheels and high-performance Brembo brake calipers.

Perhaps the more practical V60 Polestar wagon is more suitable for Europe than the S60 Polestar, which so far has been available only in Australia.

The V60 Polestar most likely packs the same inline-six T6 2953cc found in the S60 Polestar, which produces 350bhp and 50Nm of torque, with power sent to a Haldex all-wheel drive system through a six-speed automatic gearbox.

We expect to hear more about the V60 Polestar in the near future.
