2014 Nissan GT-R Nismo starts testing on the Nürburgring

Following yesterday’s first spy shots, we are now bringing you the first spy shots of the Nissan GT-R Nismo testing on the Nürburgring race track.

The GT-R Nismo prototype also has the rear spoiler now and the first lap on the extreme Nürburgring was done in roughly 7:28 minutes.

The top of the range GT-R Nismo features a revised front, new rear bumper with new vents, big rear spoiler and six-spoke Nismo alloys wheels. The suspension is also updated compared to the standard model.

Modified 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 is expected to produce over 570bhp and there is reportedly a major weight loss coming thanks to extensive use of carbon fibre.

The GT-R Nismo is going to debut most likely at the Tokyo Motor Show in November.
