2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Facelift Debuts at the Detroit Auto Show [video]

In addition to the facelifted Jeep Grand Cherokee, an updated high performance SRT model has been revealed at the Detroit Auto Show.

The updated Grand Cherokee SRT gets the same Chrysler 300-inspired headlights as the standard model. Other changes over the outgoing model include a revised front grille, restyled rear spoiler and new five-spoke alloy wheels.

Power continues to come from a 464bhp Hemi V8, though this time it is mated to a new 8-speed automatic gearbox. Launch control is also standard now. Official performance specs were not released, but the previous model accelerated from 0-62mph in under five seconds, meaning the new model will do it easily thanks to the new 8-speed auto.
