2014 Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake spied for the first time

saloon made its debut last year at the Los Angeles Show and as we can see from these latest spy shots from the Nürburgring a more practical Sportbrake model is coming soon.

The new XFR-S Sportbrake started testing this morning at the Nürburgring with very little disguise, revealing us bigger air intakes in the front bumper, big brakes, new wheels, side sills, rear spoiler, new rear bumper with integrated carbon fibre diffuser and double exhaust tips at both sides.

Under the bonner is a 542bhp 5.0-litre supercharged V8 with 502 lb-ft (680 Nm) of torque connected to a ZF eight-speed transmission with Quickshift. Performance specs are expected to be very similar to the saloon, which does 0-62 mph in 4.6 seconds and has an electronically limited top speed of 186 mph.
