2014 Cadillac CTS Interior And Engine Spied
On Monday we brought you spy shots of the next-generation Cadillac CTS. Today the new CTS prototype was spotted testing on the Nürburgring race track and in addition to exterior shots we can also show you the disguised interior and the engine.
According to the photographer both prototypes sounded like V6 turbos. Very likely it was either 3.0TT or 3.6TT. Other engines expected in the new CTS include a 200bhp 2.5-litre four cylinder unit, new turbocharged 270bhp 2.0-litre four-cylinder and a 318bhp 3.6-litre V6. Diesel version is also planned and the high-performance CTS-V with the 6.2-litre V8 will join the range as well.
As we mentioned already on Monday, the new CTS looks more rounded and slimmer compared to the current model and is expected to debut in the first half of 2013.
