2014 BMW Alpina B4 Biturbo Coupe spied near the Nürburgring

The all-new Alpina B4 Biturbo Coupe, based on the new 4 Series has been caught again, this time at the Nürburgring BMW test centre.

We saw the B4 Biturbo Coupe couple of months ago without any changes to the front bumper. This time we caught the production ready B4 Biturbo Coupe with the new camouflaged front and rear, along with 20-inch Alpina wheels, brakes and quad exhausts.

The prototype is still marked as a “Werkstestwagen”, meaning factory test car.

The new B4 Biturbo is expected to use the 3.0-litre straight-six engine(from the 435i coupe) that in stock condition produces 300 horsepower and 300 lb ft of torque.

Thanks to some modifications the engine is expected to deliver around 400 horsepower, good for a 0-60 mph sprint in around 4.0 seconds, while the top speed should be close to 190 mph.

The new Alpina B4 is expected to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2014.
