BMW 1 Series (F20) Facelift Spied for The First Time
We just showed you the new BMW 2 Series Cabrio for the first time and surprise, surprise BMW is already updating the 1 Series hatchback. The new 1 Series did get plenty of negative feedback when it arrived last year mainly because of the headlights.
What we can tell from these first spy shots, the 1 Series (F20/21) Facelift will get smaller and narrower headlights. The disguised front hides a revised bumper and grille. The rear has no changes, though it is very likely it will also see minor updates like revised lights and bumper.
With the arrival of the 2 Series, the 1 Series is very likely going to have a similar front appearance. Basically the same formula BMW is using with the current 3er and upcoming 4 Series.
The updated 1 Series is expected to debut sometimes in 2013 along with the 2 Series Coupe and Cabrio.
