2014 Audi TT Roadster Rendered

An all-new third generation Audi TT will arrive in 2013. The car is already on the drawing board and we expect to see first prototypes out in the open very soon.

According to Wolfgang Egger, head of design for the Audi and Lamborghini brands, “The next TT can only be another TT.” Basically he says that the new TT is an evolution of the current model, not a complete overhaul.

Egger also hinted that the next TT could get a slightly more aggressive look, very likely inspired by the Audi e-tron concept. The coupe version is expected to make its debut in early 2013, while the Roadster should follow end of 2013 or in early 2014.

Audi lost something in the aesthetics when going from Mk1 to the Mk2.
The Mk2 is too sanitised and sterile, it isn’t bold enough.
Hopefully they can rectify these issues with the Mk3 but the above artists impression just looks like a small A5.
Come on Audi, give us something bold!

I like the Rendered photo – wow!  But all these production Audi’s look the same anymore – too bad, really!  Even the grill looks like a big fish’s mouth – come on Audi where’s the style?  Might just call the TT an upside down boat – Japanese styled!
