2013 Renault Clio RS And Clio Sport Spied For The First Time
Renault Clio RS and Clio Sport – the two hottest versions of the next generation Renault Clio have been spotted testing together in Germany. The new Clio will make its debut at the Paris Motor show in September. The Clio RS and Clio Sport versions are expected to follow in 2013, and have not been seen before.
The Clio RS features brand’s new family grill, large air intakes in the front bumper, roof spoiler, side skirts and angled exhaust arrangement at the rear. The new Clio Sport has one round exhaust on each side and less aerodynamic changes.
New fourth-generation Clio will be available only as a five-door variant. The rear door handles are hidden and the sloping roofline helps create a two-door look.
There’s no official word what powers the hot Clio RS, but different sources claim a turbocharged 1.6 litre unit with over 200bhp will replace the existing 2.0 litre unit.
