2013 Porsche Cayman Spy Video And Speculative Renderings

Here we have a short video of the next-generation 2013 Porsche Cayman (981), that is larger, lighter and more powerful than the outgoing model.

The prototype has a heavily camouflaged front and rear. The new Cayman will get unique lightning units and a steeper windscreen compared to the new Boxster, that is already on sale.

The base Cayman is expected to use a 2.7-litre engine that produces 265hp, while the high performance Cayman S gets a bigger 3.4-litre engine with 315hp.

World debut is very likely at the Los Angeles Motor Show in November, with sales starting in early 2013.

The rendering above and below the video is purely speculative and done by a talented artist WildSpeed.
