2013 Opel/Vauxhall Astra Cabrio Spied With Less Disguise And The Top Down
Here we have the recent spy shots of the new Astra Cabrio from Germany with less disguise and the top down. New Astra Cabrio is based on the same Delta II platform as the rest of the Astra range.
As we can see from these new shots, the front is very similar to the new Astra GTC, while the rear has a small red strip from one taillight to the other one. Side mirror also looks similar to the ones found on the Astra GTC.
The last-generation Astra used a complex folding-hard-top that is replaced this time with a more conventional soft-top. A four-seat layout remains unchanged.
Powertrain options will include a range of four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines. Top of the range model will most likely use the 180hp 1.6 litre turbo engine. New Astra Cabrio will make its world debut at the 2012 Paris Auto Show in September.
