Mercedes-Benz has already revealed first details about the hot A 45 AMG, that is powered by a new 2.0-litre turbo engine with around 330bhp. This high performance version of the A-Class will also feature all-wheel drive.
The new A-Class is also the “base” for the CLA, that is also known as the baby CLS.
As we can see from these latest spy shots, AMG engineers have started testing the hot CLA 45 AMG, that has the same engine as in the A 45 AMG.
The prototype reveals bigger brakes, temporary long single exhausts on each side like on all early AMG prototypes and a lower front bumper with bigger air intakes behind the camouflage.
