Alpina has been working closely with BMW for a long time and is recognized by TÜV as an automobile manufacturer, not an aftermarket tuner. Here we have the first pictures of the new 2013 Alpina B3 prototype spied testing in South Germany.
You can see the Alpina wheels, a small rear trunk spoiler, dual exhausts and a more aggressive front bumper. There will be also Alpina specific updated done to the interior like unique materials and badges.
Under the bonnet we can expect a tuned version of the turbocharged 3.0 litre six with around 400bhp.
New Alpina B3 is expected to debut in early 2013.
