2012 BMW 1 Series 5-Door Spotted In Black
We have seen the next-generation 1 Series 5-door hatch testing in Germany, in Sweden and now again in Sweden in black exterior colour and 5-spoke premium black alloys.
The white-and-black camouflage has not change, but the new wheels and black exterior colour surely make it more interesting than the red prototype our spy photographer spotted last time.
New 1 Series will be available as a three and five-door hatch, coupe and convertible. In addition 1 Series GT will follow later, that will be a mix between a hatch, estate and saloon.
Overall design will take cues from the new 5 Series, making it more aggressive and luxurious than the current model.
New three and four cylinder turbo engines will be used across the range, while the top of the range 135i will use the N55 Twin-Scroll engine.
