2011 Aston Martin Vantage GT4 Revealed

Aston Martin GT4 has been racing now for two years, and during this time has already won numerous races like European GT4 Cup, GT4 class at the Dubai 24 Hours, Nürburgring 24 Hours and the Spa 24 Hours.

For the 2011 racing season, Aston Martin Racing is launching a revised Vantage GT4 with improved aerodynamics and increased downforce. The GT4’s aerodynamic body kit features a new front splitter, larger rear spoiler, new carbon fibre diffuser and a redesigned underfloor that channels more air through a new rear-mounted high capacity transmission oil cooler.

The 2011 Vantage GT4 is very closely based on the V8 Vantage road car and powered by a remapped 4.7 litre V8 mated to six-speed manual transmission.

The new 2011 Vantage GT4 will be eligible for European GT4 Cup and all other series with a GT4 class. In addition there is also a one-make series, the Aston Martin GT4 Challenge of Great Britain.
