1200hp Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse vs 1099hp Koenigsegg Agera R [video]

It is not very often you can see two of the fastest production cars in the world going head to head on a closed airport runway.

One of the rides is a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse using a W16 8.0-litre quad-turbo engine producing 1,200 horsepower and 1,500 Nm of torque, while the second one is the Swedish Koenigsegg Agera R, featuring a twin-turbo 5.0-litre V8 engine developing an impressive 1099 horsepower and 1200 Nm of torque.

The Veyron is an all-wheel drive model, while the Agera R has its power sent to rear wheels.

On paper the Veyron does 0-62mph in 2.6 seconds (+0.3sec faster compared to Agera R) and has a top speed of 268mp (+25mph compared to Agera R).

Hit play to see these two rare supercars in action. Enjoy!
